Responsibilities
- Operate temperature-controlled warehouse environments (32°F to -20°F)
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect and maintain equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, refrigeration units)
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards
- Load/unload shipments with proper stacking and temperature control
- Conduct quality checks on perishable goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
