Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trailers and organize products in cold storage facilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and refrigeration equipment (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA food safety protocols at all times
- Monitor storage conditions and report temperature deviations
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 0°F to 40°F
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- No prior cold storage experience required
- Reliable transportation to our Tampa facility
