Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in high-volume warehouse environments
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems for real-time tracking
- Ensure OSHA compliance through daily equipment inspections and safe material handling
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading workflows
- Maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation and digital records
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain during paid training)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience in warehouse settings
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours daily
