Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Operate in climate-controlled and outdoor environments
- Support cross-functional logistics operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible availability including early morning and weekend shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Clean pre-employment background check and drug screen
