Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages using RF scanners and conveyor systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and data entry
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity before shipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to East Boston facility
