Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods within the cold storage facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are replenished efficiently to meet demand.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and temperature control regulations to prevent product spoilage and ensure workplace safety.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and storage areas to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in cold environments.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory management systems.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
