Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight within the cold storage facility efficiently.
- Sort, pack, and organize inventory according to established safety and quality standards.
- Monitor storage temperatures and log data accurately to ensure product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required).
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures may drop below 40°F).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
