Responsibilities
- Fleet Management: Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts, stock inspections, and manage inbound/outbound shipments to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare products for shipping, ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Documentation: Accurately complete shipping logs, packing lists, and other required paperwork.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling role.
- Certification: Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Flexibility to work overtime and rotating shifts as needed.
