Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and stock within the warehouse.
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment and safety protocols.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure all outgoing products meet standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- No criminal background check required for this position.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
