Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and execution of the 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee R&D teams to prototype and validate cutting-edge technologies before mass deployment.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to forecast market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging tech adoption and risk management.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Present quarterly roadmaps and innovation demos to internal stakeholders and external investors.
- Identify strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic institutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical strategy.
- Proven track record of leading multi-year strategic initiatives and delivering on ambitious roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience managing budgets of $5M+ and leading cross-functional teams of 20+ members.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
