Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Strategy roadmap, identifying key emerging trends and technological disruptions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, prototyping, and validating future-proof technologies.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to integrate strategic vision into day-to-day operations.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with adopting cutting-edge technologies and shifting market dynamics.
- Present complex strategic plans to the board of directors and key stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists and strategic planners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership, strategic planning, or R&D management.
- Proven experience in forecasting technology trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Web3.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from diverse sources into cohesive strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and drive change within large organizations.
