As we prepare to launch our flagship 2026 platform, we are seeking a visionary Director of AI & Machine Learning to lead our technical strategy.
In this pivotal role, you will be at the helm of our AI research and engineering efforts, bridging the gap between theoretical innovation and scalable production deployment. You will work with a world-class team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to build the intelligence that will power our ecosystem for years to come.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's 2026 vision and strategic goals.
- Lead the architecture and development of large-scale machine learning models and deep learning systems.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training, validation, and deployment.
- Foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the AI department, mentoring senior engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to identify high-impact AI use cases and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience designing and deploying scalable ML infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Track record of successfully delivering complex AI projects from concept to production.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
