Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI roadmap leading up to and through 2026.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum-ready models) for strategic integration.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to align technical vision with business objectives.
- Oversee the development and deployment of scalable machine learning infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI and data governance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI, or machine learning leadership.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects and teams.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, NLP, and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
