Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap in alignment with executive leadership.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning workshops to prepare for multiple future states of the market.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to translate high-level vision into actionable milestones.
- Monitor competitive landscapes and geopolitical factors affecting long-term technology adoption.
- Develop and manage the budget for strategic foresight initiatives and pilot programs.
- Present complex strategic concepts to stakeholders and board members with clarity and precision.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, future forecasting, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational transformations or 5+ year strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications by 2026.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear strategic narratives.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
- Strong executive presence and excellent public speaking abilities.
