Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Research, evaluate, and prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Systems) to determine feasibility and ROI.
- Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of architects, engineers, and product managers to drive complex digital transformation projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for innovative initiatives.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage an internal innovation lab to experiment with future-proof solutions.
- Policy & Ethics: Develop governance frameworks for AI usage, ensuring compliance and ethical standards are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and scalable system design.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and mentorship abilities.
