In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between emerging technologies and business strategy, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of innovation. You will define the roadmap for our R&D efforts, focusing on next-generation AI, quantum computing applications, and sustainable digital infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, identifying key trends in AI, automation, and data science to drive business growth.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee high-level research projects, managing cross-functional teams to prototype and validate cutting-edge technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical jargon into business value.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses of competitor technology stacks to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
- Talent Acquisition: Build and mentor a world-class team of futurists, engineers, and strategists.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 10+ years of experience in technology management, with at least 5 years in a director-level or senior executive role.
- Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying disruptive technologies and successfully integrating them into enterprise environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
