Responsibilities

- Lead R&D efforts in emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and disruptive technologies.
- Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of future-proof solutions.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for advanced AI integration.
- Present complex technical strategies to the executive board and C-suite stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a C-suite or senior executive capacity.
- Proven track record of driving digital transformation and innovation in a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and emerging digital ecosystems.
- Masterās degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
