- Manage $15M+ R&D budget across global innovation centers
- Mentor CTO-level talent in emerging technology domains
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Ensure compliance with evolving global tech regulations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in director/CTO roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum products at scale
- Deep expertise in blockchain, IoT, and neural network architectures
- Experience managing geographically dispersed R&D teams
- Certification in sustainable technology frameworks (e.g., Green Software)
- Prior success securing $10M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
