- Manage a $15M+ innovation budget and oversee vendor/partnerships
- Mentor a diverse team of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent portfolio development and IP protection strategies
- Collaborate with academic institutions and government labs for future-focused research
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in strategic innovation roles
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (minimum 3)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, IoT, and biotech
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Published author or speaker at global tech conferences
