Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key emerging technologies such as AGI, quantum encryption, and neuromorphic computing.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of futuristic infrastructure solutions.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to predict shifts in the tech landscape and advise stakeholders on strategic pivots.
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen AI integration and ensure scalability across global operations.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the R&D department.
- Manage the budget for future-tech initiatives and allocate resources for high-impact projects.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate the ethical implications of advanced technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the Information Technology or Software Engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of implementing long-term strategic visions, specifically in AI or advanced tech environments.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including machine learning, blockchain, and cloud architecture.
