- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate strategic vision into technical specifications.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget planning and resource management for high-impact technology initiatives.
- Risk Management: Assess emerging tech risks and establish frameworks to mitigate potential disruptions.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor high-performing teams focused on futuristic problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in strategic planning or future tech consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks and their application in enterprise environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification: PMP, MBA, or similar advanced certification is a plus.
