Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology roadmap across AI, biotech, and clean energy sectors
- Manage $50M+ R&D budget and cross-functional teams of 50+ engineers
- Forge partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech giants
- Develop patent portfolios targeting 2026 market gaps
- Present annual innovation roadmap to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in future-focused R&D
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ users
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or climate tech
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global collaboration
