Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for Horizon Horizon Labs leading up to and beyond the 2026 technological landscape.
- AI Integration: Oversee the deployment and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents across all product verticals.
- Infrastructure Design: Architect scalable, secure, and quantum-resistant cloud infrastructure to handle next-generation data loads.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and ethical AI development.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical roadmaps into compelling business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, edge AI) to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with hands-on experience building scalable distributed systems.
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of implementing Generative AI models and leveraging machine learning for business transformation.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from conception to successful launch.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
