Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate the long-term technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, aligning it with business goals.
- R&D Oversight: Lead a team of senior architects and researchers in exploring cutting-edge AI models, including generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Team Management: Mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or directorial role within the AI/ML sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is highly preferred.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language models.
