Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for Project 2026, aligning R&D with long-term business goals.
- Lead a high-performance team of quantum physicists, AI researchers, and software architects.
- Oversee the design and deployment of scalable neural networks and quantum algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate Project 2026 technologies into commercial products.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on current and future projects.
- Manage the project budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum R&D output.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within AI, Quantum Computing, or High-Performance Computing.
- Proven track record of leading successful R&D initiatives from concept to prototype.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed computing systems.
