Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term business objectives and the opportunities of the year 2026.
- Trend Analysis & Innovation: Monitor global technology trends, including AI advancements, quantum computing, and sustainable tech, to identify high-value opportunities for the organization.
- Technical Architecture: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable technical architectures that support future growth and digital transformation goals.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing workflows.
- R&D Management: Direct research and development initiatives to prototype and validate next-generation solutions for the 2026 horizon.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts and strategic roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders, driving buy-in and alignment across the organization.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure all future-forward initiatives adhere to regulatory standards and mitigate potential technical risks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, software architecture, or strategic consulting, with at least 3 years in a Director or VP-level role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud computing (AWS/Azure), AI/ML frameworks, and enterprise software architecture.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and successfully executing them.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, high-performing teams and manage cross-functional projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Adaptability: High comfort level with ambiguity and the ability to pivot strategies based on market shifts.
