Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of the company's comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap and Technology Vision.
- Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, AR/VR) to determine their viability for 2026.
- Establish a 'Future Lab' environment to foster innovation, experimentation, and rapid prototyping of next-gen products.
- Analyze global market trends and geopolitical shifts to inform long-term business continuity and adaptation strategies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical innovation with broader corporate KPIs and revenue goals.
- Oversee the transition of experimental technologies into scalable production pipelines.
- Mentor a team of futurists, data scientists, and strategy analysts to cultivate a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps for major technology transformations.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, automation, and future computing paradigms.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts and act proactively.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
