Responsibilities
- Strategic Forecasting: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to predict technological trends, market shifts, and consumer behaviors leading up to 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the research and development of next-generation technologies, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and ethical standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing, to translate high-level concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Innovation Implementation: Identify and pilot emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, advanced biotech interfaces) to drive competitive advantage.
- Policy & Ethics: Develop frameworks for responsible AI and data governance to ensure compliance and public trust.
- Public Thought Leadership: Represent Nexus Horizon Ventures at industry conferences, speaking on the future of technology and the trajectory of 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI architectures, blockchain, and cloud infrastructure.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
