We are looking for a leader who not only understands the current landscape but can predict and architect the future. You will be responsible for overseeing high-impact projects, guiding our R&D teams, and defining the strategic pillars that will define our success in 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Innovation Roadmap, aligning long-term tech vision with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI and Quantum Readiness.
- Identify emerging market trends and assess their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Manage a high-level budget for innovation initiatives and ensure ROI on strategic tech investments.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to articulate the value proposition of future technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or Executive Leadership within a Fortune 500 environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex strategic initiatives ahead of schedule.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, AR/VR) and their commercial applications.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field is preferred.
