This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic foresight to navigate the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing, advanced AI, and biotech integration. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives that turn futuristic concepts into scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential for 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across business units
- Lead feasibility studies and ROI analysis for futuristic tech implementations
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of implementing futuristic technologies in enterprise environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies preferred
