Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely to move materials in warehouse/distribution settings
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Load/unload trucks and organize storage areas
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certifications
Qualifications
- No forklift experience required—full training provided
- Valid driver's license (must pass background/drug screening)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to our Austin facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
