Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized materials within warehouse and yard areas
- Load/unload trucks and containers using proper rigging techniques
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist with general housekeeping and organization of storage areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check
- Willingness to obtain OSHA forklift certification (training provided)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends if needed
