Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory
- Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records using scanning systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Inspect and report equipment maintenance needs to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized warehouse facilities
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to Jacksonville, FL worksite
