Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and tagging stock as it enters and exits the warehouse.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training for the right candidates).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems.
