As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our daily operations, ensuring that inventory is moved efficiently and safely. We provide paid training for the right candidates, so no prior experience is strictly required if you demonstrate the right attitude and work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate industrial forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load and unload materials.
- Conduct pre-shift inspections on forklifts to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning barcodes and documenting stock movements.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Keep the work area organized and free of hazards to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain one through our paid training program).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Valid driver’s license (not always required for indoor roles, but preferred).
