Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in warehouse and yard settings
- Load/unload trucks and containers using proper stacking and securing techniques
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Assist in general warehouse organization and housekeeping
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to obtain OSHA forklift certification (training provided)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions (outdoor/warehouse)
- Team player with reliable attendance
