Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts in warehouse and yard environments
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision
- Move raw materials and finished products safely
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Complete daily equipment inspection reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams efficiently
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Valid CA Driver's License preferred
- Willingness to obtain OSHA certification
- Reliable transportation to Oakland facility
