Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environments
- Load/unload freight trucks and organize inventory in designated areas
- Perform daily equipment safety inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in maintaining clean, organized workspaces and dock areas
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train from day one!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth Industrial Park
- Ability to work in climate-controlled warehouse environments
