Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Follow warehouse procedures for inventory storage, stacking, and organization
- Collaborate with team members to maintain clean and orderly workspaces
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Assist with receiving, counting, and documenting shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain OSHA forklift certification (provided by employer)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
