Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials and products
- Load/unload trucks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist with warehouse inventory counts and stock rotations
Qualifications
- No forklift experience required – we train!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license (non-commercial)
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to obtain OSHA certification
