Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
- Assist in receiving and shipping processes as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to pass forklift certification training (provided)
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying temperatures
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to Brooklyn facility
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
