Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move pallets and materials safely
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Load/unload trucks while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and aisles
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license (Class D minimum)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
