Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize palletized materials in warehouse settings
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety and compliance
- Load/unload trucks following established protocols and inventory procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting processes
- Maintain accurate documentation of material movements and warehouse activities
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training a plus
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
