Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Load/unload trucks and containers following company protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations
- Assist in general warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we provide paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
