Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products and materials
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Load/unift shipments accurately and efficiently while following safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization tasks
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid California driver's license (required for company vehicle operation)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Willingness to complete forklift certification training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
