Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment daily to ensure operational safety
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of material movements
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Assist in general warehouse duties including stacking, organizing, and quality checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain during training)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Previous warehouse or industrial experience preferred but not required
