Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move materials within warehouse
- Load/unload trucks using proper safety protocols
- Inspect equipment before/after shifts and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management system
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards at all times
- Assist in general warehouse housekeeping tasks
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-provided)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Valid driver's license (not forklift operation)
