Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within warehouse
- Load/unload trucks with precision while adhering to weight limits and stacking protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading dock efficiency
- Keep work areas clean and free of hazards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
