Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and maintaining warehouse organization
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete accurate inventory documentation and shift reports
- Support warehouse operations during peak periods and special projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain OSHA forklift certification (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred but not required
