Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones following company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Adhere to all safety regulations and report equipment or safety concerns immediately
- Assist with warehouse cleanliness and proper waste disposal procedures
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance operational skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings, nights, and weekends
- No prior forklift experience necessary – training provided
